I need an experienced developer that can convert a PHP application to a standalone Java application. The application itself is not too lengthy, but does require a VERY strong understanding of arrays, parameter passing, multi-class parameter passing, constants, public variables etc etc.
I will establish an SVN for the developer to access. I will also provide an SSH2 account on a server for the developer to test the product on. No GUI required.
I have attached the application that is to be converted. Please let me know bidding price. The price will be final, payment made in full upon completion of the product. Please do not bid prior to reviewing the application.
