I am currently working as a teachers assistant, anyways I was approached not long ago to help create a game that could help students with their logic skills and I came up with the idea to create a game: A picture that is hidden.
The picture that is hidden will be covered by a collage of smaller pictures that gives hints as to what the big picture, that is covered by the smaller pictures, really is. But as the kids are guessing, squares would disappear every 10 seconds, for example, leaving less and less of the smaller pictures on the board. That's it.
Now even though there maybe be 50 smaller pictures(hints) on the board covering the one big picture, the grid would actually be broken up into 10 000 smaller squares for example meaning eventually some of the smaller pictures would only be partially seen mean while part of the bigger picture in turn would slowly become visible. Students would have a small text box to type into with a submit button, but in order to take a guess at what they are seeing and if they guess correct a new picture is loaded like wise if time runs out, if they guess incorrectly the game continues. I was told a good way to do this was to make it a flash game but I am completely up for other ideas.
