Polish/English Social Network Site

We need a Social Networking Site with key features of Chatrooms, Instant Messaging, Photo/Video upload and multiple ranking systems. Standard features of profiles, friends, forums, blogs and user advertisements are also needed. Please see features of our existing site based on ABK-soft dating. www.polskiswiat.com. The site needs to be adsense friendly, and as the site is global we need to be able to target adverts by user location. All page links should be meaningful URLs so that users can quickly send links to friends of there own page profiles etc. eg [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] etc. A flexible ranking/voting system is required to allow users to rank/vote on users/pictures/videos and anything a user may wish to start a vote on. It will need a user friendly admin panel. ## Deliverables Customisable User Profiles. Ability for user to choose colour schemes/fonts/music and layout for profile page. Public, friends and private profiles. Ability to make any aspect eg photo, music, video, personal information either public, friends or private. Build up of profile by simple voting system. User can initiate 'My Opinion' for any subject eg. 'Love of Cats' with either a simple Yes/No or rating, 1-5 stars, or good/bad answer. User should then be able to prioritise importance of opinion/question. So if 'Love of Horses' is more important to them, it could be positioned higher up their opinions list, even if the answer to both is 5 stars or 'Yes'. In number one position could be 'World Peace', or number 99 'Likes chocolate'. These preferences should then be used to target advertising campaigns like adsense. When another user views another public/friends profile they can see the 'opinions list' and overlay there own opinion (to update to their own public/friends/private profile) if they wish. Users should be able to search for other members based on opinions that are public or friends but not private. Private opinions should only be used to help target personalised ad campaigns of the registered user. Any opinion can be deleted/altered made public/private by the registered user only. All opinion subjects should be able to be rationalised by admin for uniqueness, and suggestions offered based on keywords before submission.
