492709 Secure Registration Form 2

I need a secure online event registration form that will work with my existing [login to view URL] account. I have a list of upcoming events, each with their own price. I will need to personally add to this list of events as time goes. Needs real-time cc validation. Also require promo code field where I can seta code(s) to issue a percent discount as needed. Prefer html/php/java for personal experience and editing, server is linux. After processing will direct to thank you page, send automated email with registration details/receipt, and also reminder email two days prior to event (if possible). Registration details sent to a particular contact and stored in database.
