I would like you to setup a wordpress blog on a third party host account that I have (Hostgator) and add an autoresponder from GetResponse to the blog pages. This includes setting up all of the optin responses and initial emails responses in the GetResponse account.
The blog can be a basic theme that we would select together. The purpose of the blog is to ask questions to a starting a new busines market and collect email addresses from this market. I would be promoting the site using PPC and Web 2.0 techniques. In addition I want you to promote the blog on several social bookmarking sites.

So I am looking for someone that has knowlege in Wordpress, GetResponse Autoresponders and marketing/SEO using Web 2.0 techniques. I would entertain new ideas to promote the blog. Please provide me with a detailed plan on what you could do along with your bid. If you are knowledgeable and cost effective I would use your services to promote several other projects. This is a test blog so provide me with a detail bid. For general purposes I will start this bid at $100. I can adjust based on time and proposals but be prepared to provide a detailed accounting of what you do along with timelines.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Wordpress blog should work on IE 5 and above, Firefox, Safari etc.
