Simple Charity Website

i am just starting a charity, and we are looking for a website to be designed. I can do most of the site myself add all the information and fill in all the blanks. What we need i suppose is a template. A good home page and then another page we can use for everthing else. This needs to be done within a 7 - 10 day time frame. This charity is for people that have trouble seeing things, so some sort of button that makes text larger and smaller would be good. We want a minimalist site look, clean posh and stylish. Currently we have a very small budget and dont want the best website in the world. But we want something good. A java menu would be great for the navigation such as this seen here [url removed, login to view] which is our current site. But as the website is out base we need something better than this.
