Hello! I've got another small thing I would like a bit of help with. We had this assignment due, and it wasn't really an assignment but an optional one to help us get our first assignment done, but now we're going to be tested on it, so if I could get some help in getting it done, that would be lovely. All needed files are in the attachments. It's basically the same structure/design as my first request (8-puzzle), except it regards the following problem: There are 4 people all on the west side of a bridge. In 17 minutes, a concert is starting on the east side of the bridge. However, it is night, and there is only one flashlight. At most two people can cross at one time. Any party who crosses, either 1 or 2 people, must have the flashlight with them. The flashlight must be walked back and forth; it cannot be thrown, etc. Each person walks at a different speed. The times it takes each of the people to cross are 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes, respectively. So we will name the people P1, P2, P5, and P10. If a pair crosses, they must walk together at the slower person's rate. For example, if P1 and P10 walk across first, 10 minutes have elapsed when they get to the other side of the bridge. Object: devise a sequence of crossings that will get everyone across the bridge in time for the concert, that is, in 17 minutes. (This is a straightforward problem with no tricks. The flashlight cannot shine a long distance, no one can be carried, etc.) ... and uses three classes BridgeState, BridgeAction, and BridgeProblem. It is supposed to have used/developed the design of the 8-puzzle problem, which I have included. One last thing, although my account does rate that I do not pay, I in fact do.
