1. keeping the exact same specifications as the setRule mehod previoiusly written( see the code in zip file). Write a method setRuleRecursive.
A. The method will use recursion . conside the following,
a. A recursive method calls itself
b. Each recursive call reduces the size of the problem
c. the recursion has a base case that stops the method from further calls to itself.
d. the base case is eventually reached.
B. Hint: the logical operators in the BitSet may be useful in this task
C. locate all instaces of Bitset with myBitSet
