We are building a web game that includes a location component.

Please create a flash world-map, something like Command and Conquer with teretories (countries).
Make the map interesting ...
Please allow the following functionality
a. Pin flags into teritory, [url removed, login to view]('RUS',[color]); a teritory may have more than one flag pinned with different colors.
b. Color a selected country - for example: [url removed, login to view]('US',blue);
c. The ability to ZoomIn to a teritory. Make the zoom animated and cool
d. Add the ability to present 'dumb' information on the map screen - something like you see in american movies. coordinates, link data, vectors, what-ever :-)
e. Allow to run a MovieClip on a selected teretory
f. Prepare a movie clip of (a) Attack Arrow (b) Aim
g. When clicking a teretory the Flash returns the teretory name.
h. add clouds, allow to toggle it on and off
i. add Night and Day, allow to toggle it on and off
You MAY USE OPENSOURCE, GNU, or any source you want.
Please provide all source codes and a full working demo implementing all of the above.
Also, before bidding, please provide samples of your previous works in the same field.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
