Build a bridge between softwares

Have a you tube clone and would like a bridge built to fully integrate the user base of the clone with that of Vbulletin. When finished a user should be able to seemlessly transition from the vbulletin site to the clone. This is a well established vbulletin site with portal software and such. Thus the clone needs to be set up to handle the vbulletin user base. The bridge when completed will allow users to register at either site on the same local host, which is a very robust dedicated server. The users will not transfer via a cron job, but will be seemlessly integrated. Please bid on the project, a bid plus additional hourly rates will not be accepted.

This could be set up to run under the main domain name, or an additional domain name on the same server. Would like to be able to deny posting and viewing of the videos based on the usergroup permissions based in Vbulletin.

All current users should be automatically ported into the clone without having to send them an email and tell them to change their passwords. Essentially it will pull the username, password, and profile information from Vbulletin or the clone could set up its own tables in the vbulletin database and each use the same database.

If you have any questions please post in the appropriate place so we both understand the requirements.

The person who accepts this project should see it to completion or feedback will reflect such.
