I want a fully functional site like this, with different but equally nice xp looking layout. [url removed, login to view]
Would like to get started as soon as possible
Please show me any demos you may have for similar projects and samples of designs. The more features I can offer visitors the better, perhaps polls, guestbooks etc but not absolutely necessary. They should be able to copy and paste code into their myspace or anyother HTML document.

3. Template header and footers easily editable in admin or have all pages in HTML with the code imbedded so I could change the look of the site. Just let me know what you can do.
4. Fully functional member area as with this site
5. Additional functionality wanted - counter hosting option with some decent looking counters.
6. Rights to use the code on future projects so I would need install instructions like files to chmod etc.
Willing to look at demos as said before. If you have something similar but with slightly different functionality that is fine too.
I am on a budget and the most reasonable bid with most function wins.
