Create mobile web site with maps (Frontend only)

I'm looking for an experienced JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 developer with great Ajax/jQuery/Mobile skills. Website is a light version of [login to view URL] with limited functionality. Primary targets are mobile platforms, but it should work in desktop browsers too. You need to create only the front end. The front end will talk to the server using JSON/JSONP. Server-side code is ready. I'd like this site to be based on Leaflet ([login to view URL]) and jQuery Mobile ([login to view URL]), but I'm open to suggestions. If you are good with other Javascript UI frameworks, you are welcome. Please feel free to post any questions before you bid, I will be happy to answer them. ## Deliverables Functionality I need is: 1. Multilingual GUI: Resources for each language should be in separate files, auto-detect and switch to browser's language at start, can be switched by changing default value in [login to view URL] or by self-redirect with url parameter 2. Authentication: Login/Logout/Relogin logic. Login dialog. Check Auth status every service call and logout with warning if server logsoff. 3. Error handling: Check Error status every service call and show Error dialog with button to post error report to other handler and button to Copy all error information to clipboard. 4. Map: Pan with mouse/finger, zoom with Zoom In/Zoom Out buttons (big and touch friendly). Map type control (big and touch friendly) to select Map (Bing map/sat, OSM map, MapQuest-OSM map, MapQuest Open Aerial). 5. Car list: List with all users' cars. Every item in list (big and touch friendly) should have Icon, Name, LicensePlace, how long ago was last message, online/offline/nodata icon (offline - last message from car was more that 10 minutes ago, nodata - server never returned any positions), info icon (when clicked should show window with car icon, properties of car and info from last position) and and line color sample (like colored left border). Click on the item in list should center map on last car location. Car list should have text filter by Name/LicensePlate/Brand/Model. Online cars should be on top of list, offline in the middle, nodata at the end. 6. Car map markers: Every car should have a marker (icon with title) on the map, and when clicked the marker should show an info window as described in 5. Car List. Front end should poll server every 30 seconds (configurable thru [login to view URL]) for fresh positions and update car list and car markers. 7. Viewing history tracks: Top part of the car list taken by panel with two date pickers (from and to) and "show on map" button. User choose start date, end date, highlight item in car list and click "show on map". Track for selected car is drawn on map (with LineColor and LineWidth properties of this car). Map gets panned and zoomed to fit all track on screen. Track should include parking, idling and speeding markers. There should be button to show window with quick stats of the current loaded track (like min/max/avg speed, distance, parkings count, etc). 8. Dynamic UI (Phone/Tablet) UI should be different depending on screen size. If screen is big (Tablet/Desktop), we have the main panel (with two tabs - Car list and car list with date pickers) to the left, rest is taken by map. In the right top corner we have ZoomIn/ZoomOut/MapType controls. If screen if small(phone), then the panel should be fullscreen and have additional tab for selecting map type. If user select some car, or press "show history" or change map type it switches him to fullscreen map. Login, Error and car info dialogs should be fullscreen too.
