I am in the final stages of a web site redesign, and while I'm fairly handy with CSS and HTML, I have run afoul of IE7 on two components of my site: - a CSS drop menu
- an AJAX-style tabbing system?
You can see the site at the following URL:
[url removed, login to view]
While the code in these is (seemingly) popular and well-tested, the way it is integrating into my site is just not working. ? I am not opposed to using different code to achieve the same functionality. ? For example, I would not mind it if the tabbing code also displayed the tabs at the bottom of the page, which I do not believe that my current code supports.
In summary, I would be quite happy if the code I used simply worked in IE7, but if the developer has a better idea to achieve the same functionality, I'm down.
Some technical notes:
- the navigation list itself is a separate file that is brought in via PHP include
- I am trying to use an IE detection script which doesn't seem to be working
