5830 Database Programming w/ PhpSQL

Some background information on this project: Our client uses a Subscription website to fill in online-forms and submit information which is then added to a central database [Lets call this database DB1]. The tasks on this project would be to 1. Create a searchable/editable database[mysql] on our hosting server account at [login to view URL] which will allow us to store information entered using online-forms[Lets call this DB2] 2. Build a control panel for DB2 which will allow us to search, add, modify, delete, print, email etc. form-entries which have been entered into it. This control panel should be account/password based with two types of accounts. The first which will allow for viewing/editing/adding/deleting information and the second only for viewing/adding. 3. Create forms which will simultaneously add information to both DB1 and DB2. Initially, for this project we will require a maximum of 6 forms to be created. If this is successful, we will extend the project value further to accommodate more forms. Adding information to DB1 essentially requires sending information to an external website by passing the form created on our hosting server directly to it. The client only has an account with the Real Estate Listing website and they DO NOT have any direct method to add information from an external source besides the online-forms that can be filled after login. Once the forms have been created, this should be an easy task for you if you are familiar with passing local forms to an external website. Should work on all the major browsers including IE,Firefox,Netscape and Opera.
