Develop WordPress Widget Plugin

1. We require a WordPress plugin to be created.
2. The plugin should be displayed in a user's sidebar (on their WordPress installation).
3. The widget should be IMMEDIATELY visible upon "activation" by the user.
4. The widget needs to display content from our RSS feed/database.
Please submit a hello-world plugin that demonstrates 1,2,and 3.
ONLY SUCCESSFUL submissions of the above will be considered. Make sure to follow coding standards, uninstallations etc. These will be evaluated for awarding the job :)
