I need a script that will allow me to upload a CSV and it will post the CSV entries through a web form script.
I need the CSV to drip feed the data through web form script and i need to be able to adjust how many data submits it drips per hour and per day that it will drip feed. Perhaps if we could day part by hour that would be good.
I need to post the data through the webform with proxies, so that the receiving remote script that the webform posts to will see many different IPs that the data came from.
