Market Place (something like classifieds where anyone can register and then post items or services for sale)

For Video of the week, guest to the site should be able to vote
on uploaded videos without logging in.
Admin side with a content management system so I dont need to be a programmer to edit the site
Must be able to load over 15 pics at a time in the photo gallery
The Back end needs to have user level
Admin usertype has access to everything
PhotoAdmin usertype HAS ACCESS to upload and edit the photogalleries
Committee usertype will be able to sumit articles ,photos,music and videos which will be visible to all users once aproved by the Admin
Committee usertype can also add Upcoming Events to the events page
Model usertype should be able to add info add pics to the Fashion section
The Fashion section should have model profiles (pic and basic info) ,and portfolios (pics) and articles
There can be any number of each usertype
