I would like a Firefox extension called "Above the Fold" to help web page designers quickly see what on a current page would appear "above the fold" for different screen sizes. This will be useful for web page designers who themselves have big screens (e.g., 1280x1024) and who want a quick way to see where the fold would be for a user with a smaller window or screen. This would install a menu Tools->Extensions->Fold with these menu items: A) Draw 800x600 1024x768 1152x864 1280x768 1280x1024 B) Resize 800x600 1024x768 1152x864 1280x768 1280x1024 C) Setup... which would bring up a window asking you to edit the list of screen sizes as well as define the horizontal and vertical padding number of pixels that are taken up by browser menu lines and toolbars.
1) Documented source code formatted to my formatting conventions (which will be supplied). 2) Standard Firefox Extension install/uninstall. 3) Verified by me on my browser. 4) Code and documentation owned by me. (I will credit you too.)
