Currently, the home page of [url removed, login to view] has an initial video flash video that plays (at 432 x 170) upon load inside what appears to be a jukebox. A cookie is set upon that first viewing so that if a visitor returns, they instead get the option to replay the video (they see a "replay" button) instead of being forced to watch it again. This needs to change so that upon first load, the video should appear to enlarge to a layer that is 645 by 465 pixels large. This will obscure some of the page content, below, which is OK. The video should have play controls such as stop, pause, slider (to jump to any point in video). After it has finished playing, or if it is stopped by the user, the video layer should disappear. A "play" button should appear where now there is "replay" (in the jukebox window). If this button is clicked, the video will enlarge just like the initial load. Right now the video that plays is a progressive download, but this file will be streaming. This must work in all major browsers, including IE 6, IE 7, Firefox and Opera (Mac and PC).
