GAMMU OR KANNEL CODER NEEDED! CREATE AN SMS GATEWAY THAT WORKS

We are currently looking for a coder that knows their way around either Gammu or Kannel, and that can create an SMS Gateways for a free SMS service. We would like to add an admin friendly area as we're not the most technical people when it comes to Linux & MySQL. We have a basic model to go by and can discuss this with the correct person for the job. If you have done this before and know how to make it work, we definately want to hear from you. It will be ongoing work, with small bits and pieces to be created regularly. A bonus would be if you have access to design staff that would be able to bring the SMS service, admin area and front end of the site all together seemlessly. We look forward to your response.
