Image Blog Creator

Using AJAX/Javascript/DHTML in an OO design, I need the tools for a user to select various images from one window, drag to another to a specific location within that window. This window will represent how the page will look. For each image the user can select a Textarea to be on the top, side or below the image. When the user is satisfied with the layout they click submit and the information is posted to a PHP script which will save everything: which images were chosen, where they were placed on the page, where the textarea for each image should go. Then the page is redrawn and the user can supply a title and enter information for each image. When saved the new information is posted to a PHP script. At any future time the user can select this "title" and rearrange the images (the text will follow ... but they can also change the position of the text). They can click on link on this page (when in edit mode) which will bring up a new window of images which they can add (drag and drop) to this page. So it is a lot of drag and drop matched with a PHP script to store the latest status of the photo blog, which images, where they are placed and a textarea for each photo and where it is placed. You must use an AJAX type style, OO ... I don't want any javascript generated by programs. You must design this and write it yourself. Here is an example I was working on: [login to view URL] The php script you write only needs to save state to a file or as cookies ... this can be very simple and I don't care how you write it as I won't use it anyhow. Don't waste anytime on this. I want the Javascript/HTML code to be VERY CLEAN and extensible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The javascript/dhtml must work in IE and in FireFox ... latest versions of both on windows XP, 2k, 98 The HTML pages used MUST validate according to the DTD type you select. You must select something which can be validated by [login to view URL] The CSS must also validate.
