iPhone Web Development using 2.0 features

We’re in need of an experienced Javascript/CSS designer to help develop the web component of our hybrid iPhone application, helping modify the iUI code. Whoever bids on this project should have access to either an iPhone or an iPod Touch, with the 2.0 software loaded after this Friday (we use features not available on the 1.0 version or on Desktop Safari, such as gesture support and CSS animations). We need a web developer to modify/update Joe Hewitt’s iUI code to meet our needs. We’ve already updated it to include hardware-accelerated CSS animations and ontouchstart gesture support (available in iPhone 2.0). However, we need our entire web app to be modified to use iFrames, so that we can load dynamic Ruby on Rails pages. (iUI currently pastes the new web page in a div). We also need to rework how the buttons on the upper navigation bar display. iUI does not support having different upper right buttons depending on which child screen is displayed. It also does not support segmented controls appearing on parent screens. iUI needs to be modified to change which buttons appear depending on which child screen is currently loaded. Also, each page that has been loaded should have a hash associated with it... If the page is re-loaded with that hash, the same page should display. Finally, the animation on the upper navigation bar (three components include back button, title, left button) need to animate exactly like on the iPhone, including using hardware accelerated CSS webkit properties (as the “page slide?? below now does.) We have Apple sample code that shows how to do this ??" but it needs to be ported to our code base. If you have an iPhone loaded with 2.0 software, this sample page will load correctly: [url removed, login to view] (if you don't have 2.0 software, the buttons won't work)
