I need someone to build me a simple bookmarklet application very similar to google bookmarks. Functionality should mirror google bookmarks when necessary but there is very little UI involved. So the code you write will consist of: 1. A snippet of javascript that the user can drag to their browser links bar. 2. A js file that is called by the bookmarklet. 3. A php script that receives a post request from the JS file and saves necessary fields to a mysql db table. Use Case: Assume the user has the bookmarklet already on their browser link bar. The user is on webpage [login to view URL], the use clicks the bookmarklet, a popup window(ajax html or js prompt is fine) appears asking the user to enter in 'tags' comma separated words that describe the current webpage ([login to view URL] in this case). The user can enter words in the form of a string up to 250 chars long or nothing and press save. The popup disappears and the users receives a message saying URL saved, or display the relevant error message if the save was not successful. Fields that should be saved to mysql table: - date_added - user_id (an int that will be defined in the bookmarklet javascript) - url(varchar) - tags(varchar) So once again the goal is to let users save and tag urls from the browser.
