Joomla Component Importing Web Service Data

I require a Joomla component that will retrive information from a existing web service. The web service can be found here: [login to view URL] The component will build on the existing Joomla user manager, where a customer will be able to log on to the site and purchase a report similir to the site below. The user will be able to access paid for reports and admin his account from the frontend. An admin section at the back end must also be constructed. [login to view URL] In essence, we need to be able to bring what this site does into joomla. A 3rd party payment system and basket also needs to be integrated. The component must also tie in with the current joomla template. AJAX would also be a plus. Full details of the project will be given once a provider has been choosing. The provider must be able to demostrate that thay can pull information into joomla from the web service before the project begins as this is quite a complex operation.
