Multi-product price quote/quotation request system for OsCommerce

Create a "request a price quote" page on our Oscommerce store: Customer (without having to create an account) enters email address, company name, and phone number, and then the catalog numbers (products_model) each into multiple text fields in rows, along with the quantity requested. The catalog numbers must be checked for validity and display the item names dynamically via AJAX without refreshing the page as the catalog number is entered. The customer then submits the quote, a quote ID is generated, and the admin can enter prices manually (overriding the list prices) for each item that is requested. Admin can also add or remove items in the quote as well. Once the admin finalizes the quote, the customer is notified via email, and given a link to a printable quote summary page. The quote summary page will summarize all the products, quantities, and prices approved by the admin. There will also be a link on this summary page to the Oscommerce shopping cart with all the items pre-filled in and the quoted prices. Alternatively, users can go to the "request a quote" page and manually enter the quote ID for an existing quote and also get taken to the quote summary page.
