NicEdit plug in

I need help to develop my web application; I would develop it using NicEdit ([url removed, login to view]).

I want:

1)Like "convert all text areas" ([url removed, login to view]([url removed, login to view]);

a function to convert all <div class="xxx"></div>

2)With ajax and php coding a button to save all div (the entire html

page) in one click

3)A file manager like

[[url removed, login to view]<wbr />2009/filemanager-para-nicedit-<wbr />09/][1] but

opened in a modal window
