This project is for building a script that can convert audio and video formats with respect to bit rate and resolution strengths. Main goals of the build are: [login to view URL] video from an online video sharing site to another video format or other audio format(s); [login to view URL] video and audio from a personal computer to another video format or other audio format(s); [login to view URL] a ringtone from either of the methods above that can be edited prior to the output format. The script should cross-convert the following formats: MP3 MP4 ACC OGG MIDI WAV WMV AVI FLV While the resolutions of output video formats can be discussed later, output audio formats should be of the following bitrate: 96 128 192 320 The Purpose of the user: The user collects a link (URL) from an online video sharing site of a video they may want and inputs it into the space provided by the script, selects the format, bitrate or resolution of the output file and the end result will provide them with the conversion of their selection. AND/OR; The user selects a file from their computer of a video or audio they may want and into the space provided by the script, selects the format, bitrate or resolution of the output file and the end result will provide them with the conversion of their selection. I do know that the conversion script if free to $25.00 and for one that has a ringtone function costs less than $50.00 so what you will be building is a admin panel for backend operations. Concept: Any free user may convert up to either 5 videos or 100mb (Whichever comes first) from an online video sharing site every 24 hours to only MP3 output files. The user is then prompted to purchase a membership, should they exceed this threshold. The membership types should be of the following frequencies: 1 Day Pass 1 Week Pass 1 Month Pass 3 Month Pass 6 Month Pass 1 Year Pass The threshold will be determined by the users IP address. No registration is required for free users, only that of users under a membership in which they have purchased. Regardless of what membership they purchase herein, that member has no restrictions. The script should utilize an admin page/control panel to: Setup subscriptions through PayPal for different frequencies of membership levels; List users my username and a generated serial number with IP, email, membership level for which they subscribed to, ability to delete and ban or change levels; See how many files a user has converted ; Ability to open the site to allow free access or paid access based on member settings. The script must be compatible for operation for these sites prior to launch, meaning that the script is able to convert from each site without problem.
