At some point, this could turn into wanting bids for someone to do the entire project from the ground up but right now, what I'm wanting is more like a tutor - someone to bail me out and write sections of code for me when I get stuck. I'll be working on the project on and off between now and late August so would like someone who can be available during that time frame. Some days, I may have no questions at all - other days, I may be firing off emails to you most all day. I do most of my work on the weekends so someone who can be available on weekends as well as during the week would be ideal. I may end up hiring a couple of people since reasonably quick response time and excellent coding skills are important.
A prototype of the project can be found here - this is a hard-coded version of the application. What I'm in the process of doing (and need help with) is making it functional.

I'm not sure how to set the budget. I guess this project would have to be on an hourly basis since there's no way of knowing how many questions I'll have. I selected $30 - $100 but could go higher if I end up with more questions than that budget allows. Also, once I feel confident in your skills, I will probably send more and more work your way so the better you are, the more it might be possible to earn. Perhaps the best way to reply would be to give me your hourly rate as well as a sense of your experience.
