Php Open SSL

Hi,

I need php codder with informaiton for openssl.

What i need;

I need to create php webpage which will get informaiton from user, and it will create an SSL sertificate.

After creating certificate user will see certificate details public private keys etc..

And also details will be send to user mail address.

That system will work on localy based.

What i done;

I setup openssl certificate, setup apache module. it creates self signed ssl certificate and it shows to user.

But user information is static. i need dynamic user informaiton.

Also email address and other files should be validated.

NOTE!!
