PHPBB Structure MOD

Hi to all, I need a customization on the last downloadable version of phpbb. You have to customize it in the sense that i need an homepage with the specifics i required (see attachment). and the same should be for the internal forum. ------------IMPORTANT----------------------------- Bid only after reading ALL the requirements (about the modification of structure of Phpbb). I had to cancel already 2 times the project because the provider was not able. I would prefer to avoid writing negative feedback. --------------------------------------------------- 1. All the fields should belong to a language file for an easy switch between languages. 2. The mod will be sent and installed on my PHPBB script by myself. Therefore I need the files and a guideline of the document Please bid only if you have already worked with Phpbb ( references of previous works are appreciated). 3. I need to see a demo of the mod you will develop. All IP (source code etc.) will belong to me. The budget is around 100 USD.
