Program Javascript Time & Savings Calculator

We are looking for a reliable and highly experience javascript programmer to help us program a time and cost saving calculator. Please review the attached EXCEl doc and image to see how the calculator should work and look. This calculator will be embedded in to a web page. Due to the fact that our client may want a few revisions for this project, we need a programmer with the following: 1. Capable of reading, writing, and understanding the English language very well. 2. Highly skilled in math calculation and can understand the formula for this project. 3. Available to work during our time zone (USA, Chicago CST). 4. Take great pride in his or her work, and will not do a rush a job just to get paid. 5. Willing to complete the project to satisfaction before requesting compensation. 6. Must have the technical or programming skills required to complete the job We understand everyone is working to generate an income. We will compensate you for your work.
