Looking for a good company (prefer US based but will consider others) that can provide programming/support for our mature 4 year old application. The program is web based CMS (Content Management System) that is employed by site owners to create and administer their own websites. We currently need approx 50-80 hours/month. This could grow to full time in the future as we continue to grow. This would include fixing occasional bugs, programming new features, help with installations, custom programming for individual customers and other tech support help. Most inquiries would come from within our company by email/ICQ but could occasionally come directly from customer if we forward the problem directly to you or if a customer needs direct help. Occasionally we may need “emergency?? help if a problem or bug is serious and causes problems because it could affect many websites. We would need to contact pager or cell phone to fix the problem asap, within 1-2 hours. This is rare and has happened only 1-2 times a year in the past.. We are looking for a long term relationship. If you are looking for short term work please don’t bid. So if you can provide excellent programming/support, are careful and detailed and not too proud to test your own work before telling us it’s ready, are dependable and easy to get along with (like we are) and is not afraid to offer ideas and improvements we want to hear from you. We’ll treat you fairly as we do all members of our team. Must be fluent in English in speaking and writing. Quote us your hourly rate. WE WILL THEN CHOOSE A SELECT NUBMER OF BIDDERS TO PROGRAM A SMALL FEATURE AS A TEST. WE WILL PAY FOR THE WORK AND SELECT THE ONE WE THINK WILL BE THE BEST MATCH FOR ONGOING WORK. REQUIREMENTS: At least 2-3 years experience which includes complex projects- (over 50 scripts and database tables per project) PHP-advanced Mysql-advanced HTML-intermediate to advanced Java Scripting-intermediate
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
