All developers will have access to development tools and web storage for hosting and development collaboration. Projects selected for development by firms executive committee will receive full support, and developers involved on that project will be offered revenue sharing and equity participation for the "carve out". Project Developers will always have the opportunity to move laterally from one project to another to get total exposure with various properties under development within the portfolio. Even after a property gets fast-tracked for a carve out, developers from other portfolio properties will be able to jump on the ship before it sails, or stick it out with their own projects.
