Greetingz all, I run a website that features lists of homes in different areas trying to attract guests to stay in these homes on vacation/holiday.
Purpose of the website:
The way it currently works for someone looking for a vacation is that they visit the site, do a search on the site for the area they would like to stay, look at the home, possilbly make a enquiry to that home to see if its available via a online form and then the rest is down to the person making the enquiry and the person who owners the home...our job is done!
How it was created:
The website has been created in php/mysql so it has a database of client and various information about each home which is displayed on the wesite. The website has a member backend which allows changes for each members page to be made by the owner of the home.
The future and what I need:
The website was last updated three years ago so it needs quite a bit of work doing it, new ideas implimented, changes and updates to the existing features and to be honest it needs an injection of new coding where the last person who made used a fast and easy code which looks and acts badly.
I now have a new website template for the website and have started to transfer data from old site to new site so I need someone to help move over the old php coding to the site template and get it working but also make it better look and work better.
I am looking for someone who I can speak to on MSN or ICQ on a regular basis to give instructions to and to make sure they understand the job in full, someone who is able to webdesign and can tidy around there coding so the site looks good, someone who is available most of the time to work...I don't expect 24/7 we all have lives to live! I run on USA ET zone so someone who can maybe keep up with that if possible, UK or US time works for me.
What I don't want is someone who doesnt speak good english! Works for a company of 500, I really can't afford $30 an hour either I am afraid, I am not being tight its just I can't pay big money for small jobs.
Payment via paypal would be nice if possible or similar payment system online. If I find the right person for the job I can keep them working for quite a while with other projects I have too.
When contacting me, PM's would be nice, please don't bid with 'I can do it' as that tell's me nothing about you or your previous work, a little history would be great and anything else you can think of.
I am really not this anal normally I have just posted here before and am trying to cut to the chase to try and find the right person for the work.
Good luck with the bids and thank you for reading. Hope to speak to you soon.
