Quick and Easy Joomla Tweeks

Hi there, I require some quick and easy tweeks/fixes for my joomla 1.7 site. 1) Logo placement in proper position. I got it up in "top" position, but it is not on the left side as I would like. So I need you to place it on left side and explain to me how you did it. 2) I have SWF object (module type) installed and am trying to get my flash banner to work. I have uploaded the .swf to /images/banners/[login to view URL] , and have entered the correct path in the module but it is not working "correctly". (Basically my top nav dropdowns are appearing behind the banner and the banner is not centered properly...it's too much to the right....) 3) My resources menu on left nav is displaying my about menu, require fixed. 4) On one of my pages, I want the layout of one article on Top and two columns below, like in example: [login to view URL] I will PM additional details, but this should take no more then 30-60 minutes. bid accordingly. I may have additional work as site progresses. Required ASAP. Thank you.
