I’m after a simple online shopping basket / cart that is able to:
 Hold up-to 50+ Items per order (a big shopping basket).
 Ability to add free items to basket.
 Give a choice of free item(s) if the total reaches a certain amount.
 Charge delivery according to the amount in the Basket / Cart, including a choice to give free delivery if total is over a certain limit.
 Payment options / Paypal / iKobo or Cash on Delivery COD.
 A second part on the a standard Windows PC will Notify me “Immediately?? by mail / instant messenger or whatever other method that an order has been placed.
 Help setting up a dedicated server to hold everything.
 Back-office database that holds the items for sale with means to change these and prices.
I don’t care what language you use, as long as I can install the script / program on a dedicated “Free Server?? , most likely running under Linux.
Will need the source, with comments please....
This is a prototype for a larger project - As well as payment for the above - There is a final share option with regard to selling this to other users.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
The first part, The shopping basket - is required to run on all major Browser (IE, Netscape, Firefox, etc...)
The second part - including the server set-up and scripts, cgi executables are required to run on a Linux server - Apache or similar.
The third part - The instant messenger bit is required to run on a Windows XP platform.
