Social sharing buttons and transposh-based website conflict fix

Hi, I have recently internationalized my [login to view URL] website with transposh plugin. I am using a theme that includes great sharing buttons, which I want to keep. Everything is fine since I share a post in the original language. But when I try to share the same post, in a translated version, the button still gets the snippet from the original version. Example: If you try to share on FB this: [login to view URL] you'll see the preview in Italian, which is ok. But if you try to share on FB this: [login to view URL] you will still see the preview in Italian, while it should be in English. I need this to be fixed for all the major social networks (including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, G+ and Stumbleupon. Anyone? Happy bidding!
