Speed design selling website

I search a team/person for my project of "speed design selling". The concept is that each hour a design of a designer is on sale on my website. There a schedule and the designer can take one hour per day to sell one design. The payment is with paypal. The designer create an account, with his paypal address, his email, his designs and he can choose his design which will be on sale just during one hour. The member space is with the profile of the design (which can modify), his design, his sales. My website don't take a pourcent or anything, the buyer buy the design directly to designer. There are a "big schedule" with the 24 hours each day and the designers must booked one hour for his selling. Admin space must be create too.
