Use flash to enlarge protion of image when rolled over and insert in web page - needed in 4 hours

Create flash rollover org chart from image. I need this done in the next 4 hours or so. I have 7 small projects like this one to complete in the next 4 hours if you can handle more. ? The issue here is speed. it is simple but I need it done now.

I have an organizational chart in a web site that? I need each portion to enlarge for easier reading when it is rolled over. I have the chart in? a Excel format, a jpg and a psd. You can see an example of the page currently here? attached plus the excel and jpg. ? see Realtionships page. You can see the writing is too small to be seen easily but I don't want to enlarge the whole chart. I just want each chart component to enlarge to readability when rolled over. I need the resulting flash chart to be inserted in the page and tested that it works in IE and Firefox.

## Deliverables

The jpg provided is what i would like to see color wise. i like the drop shadow as well. If you think you have a bertter design tell me about it.
