Hello, We need a very light weight and simple ajax based wysiwyg editor. This should be built from the ground up. It should be a distributable package that other people will be able to include in their web apps. It will have to work with our new web app which is PHP and MySQL. We will give you more details and access to our demo to those who need it. The editor should have the following functionality: so bold, italics, underline, strike through, number list, bullet list, link, foreground and background colors, and view source. Again, it is very basic and very light weight. It HAS to work in the following browsers: Safari (latest), IE 6, IE 7, Firefox 1.5+ for Mac and PC, Camino, and Opera. For the link option, it will need to ask where the link is going to and which target to use. For the source option, it should pop open in a dhtml or ajax window (instead of a brand new browser window) similar to [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] . When a change to the source has been made an the apply button pressed, the Ajax window should close and update the wysiwyg editor area. Project needs to be done in 10 days. If this is not enough, let us know what you think it will take in your bid.
