Virtuemart Flypage Customization

I've got a custom flypage for Virtuemart 1.1.4 that I need customized. Here's what it needs to do:
I need the full image displayed (which it currently is doing), I need the thumbnails on the right column to change the full image to the next full image without pulling up a pop-up or lightbox.
Here is the current page we have in development:

Needs to function like this page:

When the thumbnail on the right column is clicked the full image in the middle needs to swap without a page reload or a pop-up/lightbox.
