To expand on the requirements for my online martial arts admin system; it is broken down into four main modules: - grading (manage applications, eligible, overdue, promote, more details below) - license (simple annual renewal, including reminder/renewal function and overdue flag. I have a semi-working prototype) - tournament (group users together depending on grade/weight/height and providing a print out in typical semi-final, quarter-final etc draw style) - student (general management, send reminders/emails/newsletters) There are two main distinct sets of users: instructors and students. The functionality of the modules will differ depending if you're an instructor/student. This system should be flexible and be usable by any martial arts club. This especially impacts the Grading module as different styles/clubs will grade in different orders/methods. I expect to work closely alongside the developer to provide more detailed requirements and coding advice/help if necessary.

Thanks for your interest in my project. There have been questions around more detailed specifications. My high level requirements also include: - setting up automatic email workflows - site security - online payments e.g. via paypal - admin control panel - basic reports on user statistics - events organising (including a calendar) - offline capabilities around the tournament module - possible attendance tracking If you feel you cannot deliver this, please remove/adjust your bid accordingly. I am currently reviewing workers and will be in contact soon. Thanks and regards, Jasper

Hi all, Apologies it's taking me some time in selecting a worker, there's so much potential it's difficult to choose. I am writing a requirements catalogue which will be 90% complete in a week's time. This will give you a more detailed view of what I want my system to do. This should help with finalizing bids and increase project understanding. I will be contacting you with the requirements catalogue and asking you to raise any areas of concern, or ask questions. Regards, Jasper

Hi all, thanks for your patience. I now realise I have rushed into the development phase too fast. Therefore, I have taken a step back and have created a comprehensive requirements catalogue and am now in the process of creating design documents and a prototype in MS Access. I'm sure this will aid the development process and when I this is complete I will repost this project. Sorry to keep you waiting, Jasper.
