Create a joomla 1.5 template from html psd - ome

I have a photoshop layout from a HTML website I developed.

I want a joomla 1.5 template created using the same code as the HTML website but with different images and colours as per photoshop file.

See attached txt file for HTML site URL and images.

Must work on all common browsers.

Attached zip has text file with HTML URL and 2 jpgs.

left navigation + sub navigation as per HTML website

Top navigation + drop downs as per HTML website

footer navigation

top main large image should rotate
