K2 Expert, Customize Templates & Category Creation

I have a Joomla 3.0 K2 w/ Rockettheme template site in which have a variety of configuration and design tasks on K2 You have worked with k2 and Joomla before and have time to do it now and quickly Specifically I need to 1) Create customized K2 templates and 2) Enable all resisted users to create a new category in K2 from the frontend(the default is for admin only). No core hacks please! I’m looking for a K2 expert to set up an configure for the use case below. 1) A User signs up and selects from the “My Category” drop down “+ PLACES” (note I have populated 2 sets of “Extra Fields” in K2 ‘PLACES’ &’THINGS”) 2) The user is taken to the Category creation page, where they add all of the information for that category and then “SAVE” 3) Once the Category is saved the User has the ability to add/edit/deleate articles below the category info. (note they can edit the Category info later but can not change the “Extra Fields” associated with it. 4) These items a viewable by any visitor but only the user that created the ‘Category’ can edit, add, or delete items in that area. 5) The User can Sort/Reorder items in an Category See the attached wireframe for the basics. This is the first step in a larger project, so I’m hoping for a long term working relationship. I want to get started immediatly.
