Joomla - service review and rating component needed

We need a joomla component, module and plug in development and integration based on Chrono Forms and SOBI2 - plus possibly acajoom Workflow description: Company/Customer pays via paypal / google payment button We have made the buttons Company/Customer is redirected to questionaire form (made with chronoforms) We will set up the form Company/Client fills out online questionaire WE NEED: an on screen representation of the form data plus having extra fields for our comments and a field per question for a rating 1 - 10, ability to save the comments and rating with the form data. there need to be a place to input the name of the name of the chronofom table to be used. Questionaire data is saved in database and email including data is sent to CGD (this feature is already available in chronoforms) Email acknowledgement is automatically sent to Company/Client (this feature is already available in chronoforms) (At this stage we could also add Client/Company to acajoom newsletter and/or acajoom autoresponder list) WE NEED INTEGRATION BETWEEN CHRONOFORM AND ACAJOOM CGD rates the Company/Client CGD emails Company/Client rating result We might need a rebuttal step here? CGD will add the company to the SOBI2 directory WE NEED: A button on the onscreen representation of the chronoform data that will create a SOBI2 entry and populate with data and will add the ratings to the SOBI2 record. ABOUT THE RATING COMPONENT/PLUGIN we need an overview page of all submitted questionaires we need to be able to search in submitted questionaires we need to be able to filter submitted questionared based on custommer approved yes/no We will need to rate various items per customer. Based on the items rated we need an overall score. We need to be able to weigh the individual items to calculate the overall score. E.g. item 1 50%, item 2 20%, item 3 10%, item 4 20% We want to be able to set the default weights to make the overall rating in the component/plugin We want to be able to add/delete rating items We want to be able to overwrite the default weight in the onscreen representation of the chronoform We want a button on the onscreen representation of the chronoform that will create a SOBI2 entry and fill the SOBI2 record with the appropriate data If a rating item is not being used it should be disregarded in calculation of the overall score. Could be done with a radio button: Use: yes/no - default set to yes The graphical onscreen representation of the rating should be made with icons (e.g. stars) in SOBI2 The rating should be taken from the chronoform extended table We need CSS file for the SOBI2 / rating There should be a timestamp of when customer approved is set to yes There should be logging of user name / ID when any of the three buttons save, send for customer approval and setup SOBI2 record.
