Joomla Template for Social Site similar to DeviantArt

This is a community focused site with ecommerce functionality. The functionality should be similar to [login to view URL] and other similar sites although the content will include manga (comics) in addition to manga related art, and other items. However the site will target both PC users as well as smart phone mobile users. In terms of the CMS (Content Management System), we are preferential to Joomla due to some familiarity (although we are open to suggestions for alternative CMS). We have a pro license for the Joomlapolis social site ([login to view URL]) for Joomla which should enable most of the social functions that are included in DeviantArt. Additionally there is another plugin for Joomlapolis ([login to view URL]) that should enable most of the ecommerce store functionality, and payment connections which we are considering. The gantry framework for Joomla appears to provide both PC & SmartPhone layouts from a single site design. However we are again open to other suggestions that can achieve 2 layouts without having to maintain 2 separate web sites.
