Weight Fix Needed for Virtuemart 1.1

I have a very small job that requires the weight attribute of an item to be fixed in VM. Currently no matter what weight you type in it reverts back to pounds. For instance if I type that something weighs .1 pounds it will be 1 pound when I save it. Also I would like the attribute of weight to be shown in the product page. So the job is very small for:

- Correct the attribute of weight so it will accept what is entered

- Add weight attribute to product page
