ADD FEATURES TO EXISTING FLASH , PHP , MySql CHAT SYSTEM - WE NEED A EXPERT OF FLASH PROGRAMMING

Hi We have a Flash chat system - [login to view URL] . We want to Enhance / Modify / Upgrade / Improve it. PHP , MySQL are also used in the development of this system. Our primary concern is Flash programming not designing. ( Here by code I mean the source code of a script OR .fla or flash source files.) For this you need to be a master / expert / guru of programming in Flash with good knowledge of PHP and MySQL. We have many kind of scripts / .fla and .swf files / tutorials / documentations / example codes / other similar applications with source code and many other resources from which you can learn how to develop a new feature ,function , etc... or you can even copy a piece of code from a example or an existing application after fully analyzing , testing , debugging it and cleaning unnecessary code , replacing any piece of code with a better algorithm which performs fast and better. etc... I dont want to compromise on features , quality and speed. Before paying you in full i and my programmers will read the whole code and test it in many ways - on all browsers , on all OS and all kind of Computers , etc... and will try all features of the system in all possible conditions so that we can ensure our system is complete and reliable. If your quality is more than the set target you will certainly get a good bonus and many future projects also. But you will need to re-develop or modify the code if quality is below the set target. If you are interested we may keep you as a permanent programmer / developer while you can stay at your place if we find your work perfect. This is the first face of the whole project. I will award the second face to the same Programmer / team / company if we are satisfied with development of the first face. Please only serious and capable coders need to reply.
