Simple e-commerce Website(repost)

I am looking for someone who can design and code a website for a sports online store.

The website is simple. I will use PagSeguro. A brazillian e-commerce system. The system is complete and easy to integrate to the website.

There is a php class for a shopping cart and a freight calculation.

The design of the website has to be very beautiful and clean I already have my Logo and want something VERY simmilar to this :

The site must have a menu on the top, a shopping cart providing a way to the user to login and see the wish list (using the code from PagSeguro) and a complete category menu on the left.

The site should have an administration interface, providing the me a way to administrate the products category and the products in a easy way.
