Act! Note Loger

I'm using Act! 2004. I want a program that will populate a field (Last Note) with the date of the last note for each contact. Only Notes would be logged, not Attachments, Field Changed, E-mail Sent, etc. In addition, there would be a mechanism to exclude certain notes based on the first words in the Note such as "E-Letter...", etc. Prefered would be a selection window in the program that would remember previous words. Wild cards such as '*' would be acceptable for "E-Letter*" to get all notes starting with "E-Letter". The wildcard would be trailing only. The program would be run against a database to populate the field. A database selection window would allow selection of which Act! database to scan. The name of the field to populate will always be "Last Note". If there are no notes, the field would be blank. The program should be small, fast, and totally self contained. It shall not depend on Windows dot-Net environment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Running XP Pro.
